Description
This fine Charmat Method sparkling wine comes from 100% Glera grapes hand-harvested in the vineyards of the Santo Stefano area. It starts with aromas of white flowers, apple and citrus. The mouth is dry and balanced with harmonious citrus, ending with a long finish. An elegant perlage that is great as an aperitif, but is perfect with the whole meal especially fish or shellfish. Delicious!.
