This bend of 50% Alfrocheiro, 50% Touriga Nacional has aromas of intense fresh red fruits, predominantly cherry, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry. On the palate it is fruity, with notorious mouth volume, and soft, crunchy freshness that gives persistence and longevity. Serve well chilled with dishes of Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian cuisine or on its own.
