The wine is deep and intense, wonderfully juicy, with chocolate, berry notes and a hint of smoke. Nicely balanced with smooth tannins and a great finish. Delicious with red meats, pork ribs and barbeque.

It is a beautiful and pure landscape for our vineyards and Cab production. The grapes get a complete ripening process with the modetaration in weather conditions offered for the Andes influence, keeping the fruit, the elegant and complexity of this special terroir.
After destemming, the grapes were macerated in cold for 4 days in stainless steel tanks and then fermented with selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is macerated for 7 days with its skins to obtain more smoothness and intensity.
